First, we will speak up when we see injustice in our community.
Second, we are assessing the demographic makeup of our own staff and pledge to diversify as we grow.
Third, we will actively build a safe and inclusive anti-discriminatory company culture. We will empower and provide safe spaces for our women and historically marginalized communities as we grow.
Fourth, we will not partner with individuals or organizations that espouse discriminatory beliefs or engage in discriminatory practices.
And fifth, we will continue to learn and adapt. Achieving an anti-discriminatory organization is a continuous effort, and we encourage other companies and industrial design studios to take similar action to make meaningful change within their own teams.
